Delete your account

You can delete your BOLD account and the personal data tied to it at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Delete from inside the app
This is the fastest way and takes effect immediately:
- Open BOLD and go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are removed right away.
Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email us at bold-support@ryujinlabs.com from the address associated with your account. We'll verify it's you and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile details
- Your workout history, plans, goals and metrics
- Streaks, achievements and progress data
- Your private Mirror progress photos (stored privately and locked behind Face ID)
- Your AI coach history
- Your purchase records held by our billing provider (RevenueCat)
About your subscription
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active BOLD+ subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so you must cancel them in the App Store or Google Play to stop future charges. We recommend cancelling there before you delete your account.
